Live Lean Health’s founder, Chantal Di Donato, releases her new book: The Live Lean Health Plan

Live Lean Health’s founder Chantal Di Donato is promoting her book “The Live Lean Health Plan” in the UK at the launch of the new e-magazine ‘MIC Buzz’ later this month.

The Live Lean Health Plan is a simple guide to understanding what food selection is best for your health. Different to conventional diets in inspiring each person to know what works for them, through learning how they feel with the food they select. It also emphasizes the need to always select pure foods and stay away from pre packaged, processed foods. Tips and ideas to make simple changes for great results! When everything else out there is confusing, this brings you back to the basics of nutrition, quality of food and choice through awareness.

The Live Lean Health Plan was released in October 2014 with 2 launches. The first one was a small pre-launch on October 24th 2014, at a yoga show in London. The second was on November 7th and 8th at a major health Foods Market outlet and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, both in New York City.

Now it is time to bring the book to life to the UK Market and sharing those simple, yet powerful tips with the wider audience.

Live Lean Health was founded in November 2013 in London. Live Lean is a platform for positive change. The coaching methods used embrace life at 360 degrees allowing our tribe to nurture their body and their lives. Change can be challenging but coaching allows people to have a co-pilot on their journey and make their transition to a healthier version of themselves so much easier. diet, career, spirituality, finances, relationships or physical activities: those are all parts of everyone’s life that contribute to happiness, even if at times we forget about them.

About Chantal Di Donato

Chantal is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, author, speaker and founder of Live Lean Health and Live Lean TV. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and at a prominent yoga school as a coach and yoga teacher.

Her journey into nutrition started 16 years ago after two years long battle with anorexia and 14 years destructive relationship with food, which forced her to then turn her life around due to health issues. After almost 10 years in a corporate environment, she decided to transform her passion in her dream career path, which is why Live Lean Health was born.

She believes medicine is on our plates and she implements both nutrition and lifestyle in her coaching practice. A healthy vegan, food activist and author of the Live Lean Health Plan, The Live Lean Detox plan and creator of the Live Lean ‘Inspirational Cards’, contributor to various organisations and speaker at several events and workshops.
